Gel Pads dry

Hi there,
the Gel Pad was dry not enough Gel in the Pad, I used it for few times to be more specific 7 times, and I have to replace it next week, the older one I used it for 45 days, the quality is poor compare to other Gel pads. Don't not recommends to buy from this seller

Major disappointment with the Slendertone pads

I was very disappointed with my the Slendertone pads I recently purchased. They were packaged differently than any others I have ever bought, so I thought maybe the quality would be better. Not so. They only work for about 3-5 times and then they are dried out so much there is not an adequate connection to my abdomen for them to work without continued disconnections of the pulses from the belt. I have no use for them because they are so limited in use times.

Slendertone Replacemnets 3 sets (9 pads) are good quality and a great price.

You can make the pads last longer by washing them with liquid soap when they
lose there stickyness.

You can use these on the waist belt and also works for the arm system - just cut
the large one in half.

I bought 2 sets of the gel pads so I have enough to last a long time for I have the waist and arm systems. Both are a great product that I am glad to own.

How to make your pad's last longer and never wear out.

The secret is this; prior to using them, rub the pads down
with rubbing alcohol. Make sure they are soaked and then
rub your skin down with it to. May take a few minutes for
them to work, so be patient. You will never have to buy
another set of pads.

Exactly what i was looking for

I've used straps like these in the gym before and have been looking for some to have at home. Although a little lighter weight than the ones at the gym, these are great. I'm about 190lbs and I dont have any concerns hanging from them, they're very sturdy. Straps like these give you the ability to give yourself a really good ab workout, without sacraficing your hands. The transaction, communication, and shipping was all acceptable. I would purchase these again.

takes some getting used to

These straps are a terrific value and the exercises are a lot more fun than doing crunches. Similar items at sports authority were $20 and up. They _do come with chromed 'biners. I agree with the reviewer who said they don't have any padding and initially they made my arms hurt. But I kept doing the exercises, and now after about 2 weeks, it doesn't bother me anymore. In fact, I think I am able to do a few more pull ups now from the added conditioning of just hanging there using the straps.

Effective and tough!

This is probably one of the toughest ab workouts I've ever done. It is very effective.

I've had this for about two years now and it has held up well. It is pretty sturdy, rolls well, and does what it should. One of the nice things about this wheel is that it is small enough to store away when not in use.

If you've never tried this wheel before, try one at your gym or demo one in a store somewhere and see if it is something that you would actually enjoy using... as this particular exercise is not suitable for everyone.

I'm happy with the quality of the Valeo Dual Ab Wheel and do recommend it.

Ab Circle

I am 5'2 and the handle is too far for me to reach (to hold on so I can circle myself). It has been sitting in the patio and I am still trying how to make it work for me.

Surprisingly satisfied

We purchased this from Shopko. I was skeptical after seeing the reviews, but figured if I could always return it if I did not like the machine. It is fairly sturdy. I have not had any of the breaking issues that other posts mention (yet). In the highest level position it jumps up slightly. It has not been a problem for my husband, but I think for the cost it should have been looked into a bit more.

It really does work my stomach. After 4 kids the muscles in that area are really out of shape so I use either the first or second level. My husband who is really fit needed the advanced level to feel anything and he was on it for quite a while. We have only had it for 4 days, so I will post an update in a month on wear and tear and if there are any breaks or other defects. For now, I am surprisingly pleased and have used it every day.

This thing is not worth $2

I am on my second machine in 30 days. These things are so low quality, there is no way one would last the year warranty and you pay $35 shipping both ways for warranty replacement. It cost $35 shipping plus the $15 for the 30 day trial and I have to pay $35 to send the piece of crap back. Run away as fast as you can!

Too much money for 3 months use

I bought the Ab Pro circle for around $250, and immediately the screws that held the swinging leg on the left side came undone and needed to be screwed back together after every session. Then the knee pads cracked in the middle after the first use. Eventually I noticed that the plastic on the wheel itself started to crack where the wheels swing causing the swinging movement to stop in the cracked areas. The feet covers kept popping off at each session causing the machine to move around on my wood floor while I did a session. The timer kept falling off also. Not a well made product. I would not recommend it for the price or the headache of constantly fixing it during a session. I ended up giving it to Goodwill after 6 months.

Poor roller design

This product my husband likes, but the rollers are a poor design. We use vaseline on the track and it helps it run much smoother and protects the rollers. Just make sure every so often to clean the track and rollers and reapply the vaseline.

AB Rocket Is Not Impressive

I was very excited to purchase my Ab Rocket, it was going to make working my abdominal muscles so much easier. The first strike was the price. Over $100.00 ? Really? I almost didn't buy it, but I wanted it so bad. I have owned this for 3 days. It is now back in it's original box and will be on it's way back to the store for a full and prompt refund. It does not enable me to do anything that my ab roller doesn't, for 80.00 less. I would not recommend this product to anyone!

Good Idea, but Flimsy Construction - Broke in a month

The Ab Rocket is a GREAT idea, and for the first few days, it works like a charm. But the construction is VERY FLIMSY. My wife weights about 130 pounds (which is not heavy by any standard), and used it daily. It lasted only about a month - The main screws that are used at the joints were bent totally out of shape, and the Ab Rocket just disintegrated. Luckily the store we bought it from took it back. In fact they told us that they were not going to be selling Ab Rockets anymore, because many people had complained about its flimsy construction, and returned it. My wife misses the Ab Rocket, though - I wish they had made it stronger to begin with.
