Hello, To let you know the real answer to this question. YES it really does work. however if you your waist is way over sized you will need to do more then just this to see the difference but this is a great tool to start with as well. it is FDA approved the only ab belt that is out there that has been clinically approve to WORK well good luck and remember that this is a tool to help so you will also have to help out a little as well. smiles to ya and good luck

 

Question : An effective way to loose weight
I'm 15 and around 5 ft1"and almost weigh 10 stone. My sister is 21 the same height and is only 8 stone. I even weigh heavier than the boys in my class. Its really been annoying me this past year as i used to be healthy and slim but once i reached high school i spend my days eating while watching t.v non stop i try not to snack during the day but im just use to it now and eat when im bored.. Is there any diets that can keep me without eating throughout the day (i know thats sounds stupid) my target is 7 1/2 to 8 stone. i would like to start now and continue over the summer as i want to come back to school looking great as my prom/formal is coming up soon also do you konw if those slendertone belts work for toning you'r tummy ThanxThanks i will try all of it (my mum will wounder what's come over melol)

Well they all said it, exercise and diet.You should check out calorie-count.com. Its a great site. You can set up an account, punch in your details and get a summary of how many calories you should be eating and how many you burn from different sets of activities...It also has loads of great users for that extra bit of motivation.P.S You might want to try eating 5-6 small meals in a day...takes away that need to constantly snack cos you'll be eating every 2-3hours. Just make sure your meals are small.
